When my co-worker mentioned essential oils and aromatherapy to me back in 2014, I thought "No, so not interested!" After all, my true understanding and perception of aromatherapy was this - using scented products like candles and essential oils in the bath to relax and smell good.
Fast forward to summer of 2015, I was going through a huge transition in my life. My arms and legs started to itch like crazy - so much so it kept me up all night. I know all the intense emotions I was going through was the cause of this. My friend suggested I try Lavender essential oil (EO) to support my skin. Sold, I was willing to try anything at this point. I'm forever grateful I did.
This was the beginning of my relationship with essential oils. I've experienced unbelievable improvements to my physical and emotional wellbeing. I truly see them as my BFFs, they have supported me through thick and thin.
